It was the day to eat something sweet. I decided on caramel custard from a recipe passed on by my aunt Mamta. The caramel turnd out quite alright. I was making it in the microwave you see!
Once the custard was made and poured on to the caramel, it looked good. But then, once the baking started, things started going wrong! It looked HIDEOUS when I took it out of the microwave with spots and lumps everywhere.. It was HILARIOUS !! Why do I keep getting these disastrous results with all my desserts :( When I tried it though, it tasted really yummy :)
